Located in Eger, the Villa Völgy Winery and Vineyard beautifully combines the region’s rich traditions with a commitment to modern winemaking. The winery boasts an impressive cellar system adorned with Roman-style domes and vaulted arches, constructed using approximately 300,000 reclaimed vintage bricks. This architectural marvel not only offers an aesthetic delight but also provides an ideal environment for aging wines. The use of barrique barrels for maturation blends traditional techniques with state-of-the-art technology, resulting in wines of exceptional quality and unique character.

The hotel is located in Eger's Valley of the Beautiful Woman (Szépasszonyvölgy), famous for its wines, where guests can expect to find hundreds of wine cellars carved into the tufa stone. The surroundings are very quiet; the imposing buildings of the hotel complex are surrounded by a beautiful 2-hectare park, which makes the hotel an ideal place to relax and unwind.
